Creating a Remarkable Vision for your school is hard work.
If you haven’t yet read my book on this topic, here it is:
The checklist includes 15+ categories with 40+ questions that every Ruckus Maker would want to answer to create a Remarkable Vision.
Later on I’ll post 5+ hours of coaching content, when I taught The Remarkable Vision Formula in a virtual workshop in late 2023.
This isn’t the end-all-be-all of checklists. Feel free to add, subtract, and revise categories/questions as needed.
What I can confidently say, is that these are the exact questions that I used as a school leader and have worked for those leaders I’ve shared this with privately (until now).
